RETURN POLICY

Returns Not Accepted:

Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is deemed defective.

  1. Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that your print-on-demand item arrives defective, please contact Subtle Fits within 7 business days of receiving the product. I will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  2. Verification Process:

    • To process a return for a defective item, I may require photographic evidence of the defect. This will help me assess the issue and expedite the resolution process.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Since the print-on-demand items are produced shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of order placement. Once the production process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

  4. Refund Process:

    • If a refund is approved for a defective item, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund.

    • Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

  5. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders for print-on-demand items. Any errors in the provided information (e.g., wrong size, color, or design) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
