RETURN POLICY
Returns Not Accepted:
Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is deemed defective.
Defective Items:
In the rare event that your print-on-demand item arrives defective, please contact Subtle Fits within 7 business days of receiving the product. I will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Verification Process:
To process a return for a defective item, I may require photographic evidence of the defect. This will help me assess the issue and expedite the resolution process.
Cancellation Policy:
Since the print-on-demand items are produced shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of order placement. Once the production process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Process:
If a refund is approved for a defective item, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders for print-on-demand items. Any errors in the provided information (e.g., wrong size, color, or design) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
